It's that time of year again for our next round of IntraMuirals! We will be using our online registration system called  Homeroom that allows families to sign up and track all classes in one place.  Homeroom will confirm your student's spot in a class immediately & take payment using a credit card or Affirm (for checks and/or interest free payment plans.) In advance of registration opening, feel free to view the schedule and create an account on  Homeroom .

Classes provide opportunities for students to explore additional interests after school hours while having fun & learning.  There is a great mix of high energy and more mellow classes so parents can find the right fit for their student.  Classes are conveniently held on school campus, immediately after the regular school day ends.  Your child can still participate if they are enrolled in BEARS or Kids in Motion. We have an exciting line up, a lot of familiar classes + quite a few new ones! Capoeira, Ceramics, Chess Club, Climate Club, Hip Hop & Groove, Kala Arts, Origami, Spanish, Soccer, Intuitive Writing/Storytelling, and Yoga.

    • Filter by grade level or day of the week at the top.

    • Click on the course title to learn more about the class and the company leading it.

    • Create a Homeroom account by clicking "New to Homeroom? Sign Up"

    • Returning Homeroom users - please make sure your students' grades/teachers are updated in the system.

    • When enrollment opens and you're ready to book, click "Login to Purchase" (or "Add to Cart" if you are already logged in) Once you're done selecting classes, click your cart button in the upper right hand corner and click "View My Cart"

    • Proceed to checkout where you'll add your student information for each class. Be sure to select an after class dismissal option for each course and student

    • After all student information has been added, you'll finalize your purchase by adding in your payment information

    • Once all classes have been booked, you'll be able to see them in your Homeroom account or add them to your Google calendar.

    • A confirmation email will be sent immediately after purchase and as a reminder 48 hours before the first class starts.

    • Most classes begin the week of February 26.

    • Each class has a different schedule and start date, parents can view the dates for each class on Homeroom.

    • No class held on school closure days or early dismissal Parent Teacher Conference week

    • Class length varies. Please check the information for your classes thoroughly on Homeroom.

    • Registration is on a first-come first-served basis. The PTA's goal is that every student can attend a class if they want to, but we cannot guarantee that your student gets into a particular class.

    • If requests for a class exceed maximum class size, your child will be put on a waitlist.

    • If a class does not meet minimum enrollment it may be canceled.

    • Once enrollment closes, the PTA cannot switch your child to a new class.

    • Once enrollment closes, the PTA cannot provide any refunds.

    • Cancellation policies are set by the instructors (not the PTA.) All extenuating circumstance refund requests must be made directly to the instructor.

    • In each class, there are a limited number of PTA-sponsored spaces available. To request a scholarship, email jmintramuirals@gmail.com

    • When we receive your email, we will send you a link to a Google Form so you can rank your student's 1st, 2nd & 3rd choice class.

    • We will place students into classes on a first-come, first-served basis.

    • Please indicate the amount you can afford on the form. We ask for a minimum of $25.

    • After we place your student in a class, you will receive an email from Homeroom with a direct link to register at your reduced rate.

    • One scholarship per child, applied to the student's least expensive class.

    • Payment types - Credit Card and Affirm payments are available during registration through Homeroom. If you need to pay by check or need a payment plan there are options through Affirm. The PTA is unable to accommodate any other payment plans outside of Affirm.

    • Pay It Forward - any extra contributions to help fund the PTA scholarships are greatly appreciated.

    • Kindergartners will be escorted to their IntraMUIRal classroom.

    • Grades 1-5 transport themselves to their IntraMUIRal classes. Please remind your children the morning of classes that they have IntraMUIRal classes that day.

    • Teachers will have class rosters of where students go, and parent volunteers will be on site to help guide students to their classes for the first week of class. If you can volunteer to help escort children, please contact us at ( jmintramuirals@gmail.com ).

    • If your child will be picked up by a parent or caregiver after class, the adult must go to the classroom and sign the child out. Please pick up students on time as many of our instructors have commitments after class.

    • Children who are enrolled in Bears or Kids In Motion can join up with those programs after class is finished
